I will meet with you during each step of the process for your home (Escrow, Lending, Home inspections, and Final Sign off) to guarantee that all the terms and conditions of the transaction are met before closing. All documents will be prepared by myself and or my subsidiaries. I will act as an intermediary for all aspects of the negotiations between both buyer and seller.
